  • Health and Safety Coordinator
    • With knowledge of event safety
    • IOSH membership beneficial
    • Involves risk assessing and fire provision
    • Investigates accessibility
    • Liaise with security and emergency services
    • Organises training days
    • Must have strong communication skills

  • Entertainment Coordinator
    • Good organisational and communication skills
    • Stage management knowledge and experience
    • Sound engineering knowledge
    • Experience with and understanding of working with professional performing artists
    • Knowledge and experience of the live performing arts industry

  • Volunteer Coordinator
    • Responsible for recruiting and managing the different groups of volunteers, as well as incorporating a Safeguarding Policy for its members
    • Must have strong communication and management skill, since they must work with many different kinds of people
    • Organises training for volunteers

  • Publicity Coordinator
    • Responsible for social media posts, and press releases – in conjunction with organisational guidelines
    • To send press releases and liaise with media organisations
    • Must have strong communication skills

  • Sponsorship Coordinator
    • Experience in dealing with charities, and issues involved
    • Must be confident in liaising with organisations regarding sponsorship
    • Must have strong communication skills

  • Community Engagement Coordinator
    • Helping us have a better presence in the many communities of Stockport, especially the LGBTQ+ community
    • Coordinating our activities related to community engagement
    • Be able to relate to a wide variety of people
    • Must have strong communication skills

  • Equality and Diversity Coordinator
    • Advising about the effects of discrimination on different groups
    • Interpreting and ensuring compliance with legislation
    • Raising awareness of equality issues and promoting change
    • Assess accessibility of all our events
    • The ability to relate to a wide range of people
    • Must have strong communication skills

  • Secretary
    • Takes minutes at meetings
    • Liaises with Chairperson to write meeting agendas
    • Must have good communication skills
    • Dealing with communications
    • Oversees Data Protection requirements
